396 Air-conditioned rooms in 42 bungalows over 2 floors. The Maritim Jolie Ville Resort Sharm El Sheikh has two accommodation wings, with the Front Palm wing located adjacent to the beach, and the Sports Area wing just across the road.

Facilities include air conditioning, bathroom amenities, shower only, a safe, satellite TV, IDD telephone, hairdryer, mini-bar and balcony or terrace.

All standard rooms are located in the hotel's annex Sports Area wing. Rooms offer either garden or desert views. Guests have full use of the hotel's facilities.

Front Palm rooms are situated in the Front Palm wing, adjacent to the beach.
